INGREDIENTS:
- 2‐15oz Cans Fat-free Refried Beans
- 1‐16oz Jar Good & Gather (Target brand) Roasted Salsa
- 1‐8oz Tub (Trader Joe’s brand) Vegan Cream Cheese
- 2‐Cups (VioLife brand) Vegan Cheddar Shreds
- 1‐TBSP Chili Powder
- 1‐tsp Ground Cumin
- Sliced Jalapeños for garnish
- Bacon Flavored Bits for garnish
- Your favorite Tortilla Chips
- Medium size slow cooker
DIRECTIONS:
- Use a blender to liquify the salsa (I don’t like chunks in my dip).
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a slow cooker except for the garnishes.
- Melt in slow cooker on high until all ingredients are melted, stirring occasionally.
- Once melted, change slow cooker settings to low or warm, and stir periodically.
- Add garnishes.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes:
Don’t worry if you don’t think you like beans.
This will taste just like any cheese‐only dip you’ve ever eaten.
